[Towertalk] SWR & Speed of Light?

Yeah, after a day of biting my tongue with a bunch of corrections to
people's terminology, I screw up. I should have said a POSSIBLE way of
making transmission lines work faster, but I only glanced at the
reference and I was mistaken. Sorry.
