[TowerTalk] grounding recommendations from FAA

For those looking for a document describing overall grounding techniques,
in excruciating detail, the FAA has a spec for their facilities:

Lightning and Surge Protection, Grounding, Bonding and Shielding
Requirements for Facilities and Electronic Equipment. FAA-STD-019D

Lots of stuff about lightning grounding, power line grounding, coaxial and
other cables, etc. Basically, it's derived from the IEEE Emerald book, the
NEC, and other similar requirements/specs.

And, it's even available on line at

http://204.108.10.116/nasiHTML/FAAStandards/faa-std-019/FAA-STD-019D.pdf

A mere 100 pages (which is a heck of a lot shorter than the almost 500 in
the Emerald book or similar for the NEC). Most folks probably won't need
to worry about the stuff pertaining to lightning protection for a radome
and such, but there's quite a lot about towers, RF interference, and so forth.
