Hello all,

No need for a CANAM of F1 to drive on a high way, you know the speed will be
4 times max speed limit. So why guying a " well designed " self supporting
tower ? Waisted money....
>From experience,( have been in charge of a mobil radio service for about 25
years ), we putted-up hundreds of self supporting towers. Never had one that
came down, what can'nt be said of the guyed onces.
Thats why my tower is a self supported one. Nevertheless I have a good
third-party insurance, just to be in the clear with the neighboors, I live
near a stone quarry . Here ZERO risc does'nt exist, guyed or not.
