[TowerTalk] RG-6 and PL-259

I also had trouble trying to get RG6 adapted to a PL259. What I have been
using for at least a dozen years are Crimp-on RG6 connectors. I use a hex
crimping tool to make sure I have a good connection. Then I use a Female RG6
to Male PL259 adapter.
