I started out with the Yaesu G-2800SDX, pinned the mast and still no
trouble. I have used the M2 4 el 20m w/45' boom. Very heavy at that time. I
now use the CC X9. I wouldn't run the speed control at maximum however. IMHO
a lesser rotor would be shelled out if pinned with a huge antenna.
