One thing to do to Heights tower sections is to have the 3 "missing"
horizontal bars *professionally* welded to the legs at their tops.

If anyone's interested, I have a tower-and-antenna-and-rotator-and-accessory
package including an "old-style" Heights 80-footer: 30-in base to 18-in top
section in 3 taper dimensions, ready to go to a new owner.
