[TowerTalk] Need article on improving TH7DX on 10-m CW

A friend would greatly appreciate a copy of the article done by a former 
Hy-Gain engineer... who discussed improving the TH7-DX gain on 10-meters CW.  The 
article stated that gain was down about 2dB on 10-meters CW... but could be 
improved... and recommended lengthening the 10m elements.  If anyone has a copy 
of that article we'd be grateful to receive one.
