[TowerTalk] Licensed Structural Engineer

Looking for a licensed structural engineer in the San Diego area who can
examine and sign off on an HG-70HD tower installation. Required as part of
my development plan review by the City of Poway. The exact text of the
permit is: "The antenna support structure shall be designed by a licensed
structural engineer". 

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
