[TowerTalk] Titanium bolt sources?

Any particular reason you need Titanium (as opposed to, say, high strength 
Stainless Steel, which is much more available, in general)? Ti is less 
dense for the strength, and has good corrosion resistance.

McMaster Carr - ships fast, often has what you might want - might be 
pricey, esp for small quantities.

They have hex head cap screws up to 3/8" diam (doesn't look like they have 
1/2", but you could always call them)
Rod up to 2-1/2"

Ti hardware is used in aviation and in racing (bikes and cars):
AircraftSpruce.com  sells all manner of hardware folks building and 
repairing airplanes, and might have Ti hardware.
http://wwww.car-parts-place.com/ has lots of weird hardware.
