    Umm, not really. Towers are typically designed to the TIA-222 Tower 
Standard so the structure capacity has been calculated by real live engineers 
for their tower customers.  

    Tower manufacturers are insurance-driven enterprises; anything that would 
increase their risk exposure (like falsely inflating specs) is not only 
dangerous but probably illegal (i.e. building permits obtained with false 
information). 

    Antenna manufacturers OTOH are free to do whatever they want with their 
specs.
