[Towertalk] Side-arm spacing for discone

I am installing a discone antenna for receive-only side-mounting it to a US
Tower type telescoping mast at appx. 38 feet.

What would be the best spacing to use off the tower? (i.e. how far should
the discone be from the tower mast?)
