[Towertalk] Another stacking question

  For domestic contests, I want to make a 20M only
tower. I have 2 X 204BA's, one will be fixed SE, and
one will be fixed SW. I have a 20 foot mast, 15 feet
sticking up out of the top 50 feet of appropriately
guyed Rohn 45. The signal will be split between the
two antennas. The question is: since I am only
splitting the signal and not actually stacking for
gain, does the distance between the two antennas
matter? Can they just be a convenient 10-12 feet apart
on the mast?
