[TowerTalk] Adjusting antenna tuners

Sometimes, Minimum Reflected power can also occur with

     Minimum (or reduced) FORWARD Power.  

That's why I like to start by tuning for Maximum Forward Power 
when using a solid state transmitter that has SWR cutback circuitry.

For tube type transmitters, first tune the transmitter into a 50 ohm
dummy load or antenna, THEN switch to the antenna with tuner and
adjust the tuner for maximum output.  Failure to tune the transmitter
output network FIRST will result in continually going back and forth
between the PA and Tuner adjustments.
