California Readers of TowerTalk  should send one of their QSL cards to Governor Davis asking him to sign Assembly Bill 1228.  That bill adopts PRB-1 standards for California local zoning authorities.  A simple message of "Please sign AB1228" written in the QSO detail section of your distinctive QSL card is all that's needed.
