Try this gambit:

Amateur Radio is an experimental venture, and the antennas are
always changing. Sunspot cycles come and go, and frequencies change
constantly, so each antenna installation is essentially
temporary in nature. Consequently, it is impracticable to put
an antenna description in the building permit.
