[TowerTalk] Does Wilson Systems, Inc. of Las Vegas, still exist?

I'm suspecting they were purchased by someone.

I am going to be relocating a crank-up tubular steel
tower made by them.  

The data I hold indicates I'll be working with an
MT-61B tower, an FB-61B concrete base raising fixture
and a B1200 winch (Winch by Dautton-Lainson Company,
Hastings, Nebraska).

The OEM was Wilson Systems, Inc, 4286 S. Polaris Ave,
Las Vegas, NV - and I am unable to find a reference to
them, nor to any business presently at that address. 
Neither of the supplied phone numbers is functional,
either.

The tower was new in April 1980.
