Check out dxengineering.com.  They have ready made boom to mast plates
that could be used in F12 configuration - with at most drilling one
hole.

I'm look to purchase on 3/16" aluminum plate to fabricate a couple of
boom-to-mast plates similar to the Force 12 design.  Anyone know of a
source for 4" by 3/16 stock?  Texas Towers only has 3/8" stock...
