He's dead.  He doesn't care.

We're alive, and if lessons learned from his accident help keep us
that way, it's a good thing.

How would you feel if someone else died tomorrow, and would not have,
if information about his death would have prevented that death?

   I think it would be in poor taste to have the inevitable Fatal Accident
   Reconstruction Dialogue before he's even IN THE GROUND.  Call me
