[TowerTalk] SteppIR info

Greetings, TowerTalkians --

    Had a chance to drop by the Fluid Motion factory yesterday and had a nice 
chat with Mike Mertel, K7IR, the owner of FM and the designer of the SteppIR 
antennas. He said that they have sold over 700 of them at this point in the 3 
years they've been making their products - the majority of them this year! 

    N0AX and I will be running the 3rd round of tribander tests later this 
year and one of the antennas to be tested is the SteppIR. Should be interesting!
