I'm not familiar with the form you are filing, but NAD83 is nothing
more than a standard. All you have to do is set the GPS to NAD83
and take your measurements as accurately as you can. Most GPS' will
have many different datums listed, with WGS-84 being most widely
used, and NAD83 will be among the list.
