[TowerTalk] plumbing a tower

I used a transit for years.
I switched to the laser because you don't have to be looking through the
glass while adjusting.
Line the laser up and you can turn the base adjusting nuts and watch the
results without having to walk back and take a look.
Simply a time saver for me.
