Put in twice as many outlets as you think you need for both 110 and 220 and
you will never be sorry. I have 2 outlets on every stud, one on each side
and still ran out.

I also had a sub panel installed for all circuits in the radio room. You can
put yours in the closet. I ended up with 12 circuits for the room on mine.

When you install telephone lines, put them up high so you can access them
from above the bench. I had a bench built into my room for the radios. There
is 8 inches between the back of the bench and the wall.
