Hmm, ok, I used a 70' metal fish tape in my conduit.  It has three 90 bends
and pulled six ultra-flex cables and three control wires... Maybe won't wor
for longer lengths...

Fish tapes are limited in length, and, from experience, pulling a rope
through is much easier.
