[TowerTalk] Grounding Question

I know this has been talked about often on this
forum...

anyway i am out of money and need to get the system
grounded.... i have 4 8' ground rods.. my plan is to
use 3 ground rods at the tower and the last one
outside the shack... should i tie the ground rods at
the tower to the one outside the shack?? the tower is
about 100+ feet from the shack...
