Slacker!  I ran a KW in an 8-unit apartment for years and never once
had a problem.  Of course, I was careful to NOT have ham license
plates and NEVER mentioned I was a ham.  Also never operated during
Seinfeld either.

Got DXCC with that baby.  True story.
