[TowerTalk] Vertical antenna - problem

Hello together,

Perhaps someone can help me solving my problem. I have a 19.5m high
vertical antenna and I will use it on 40, 80 and 160m. Therefore I have
to build a matchbox where I can switch the bands. I read some papers on
L-Network but I don't know, how to calculate the L and C values. 
Does anyone know how to calculate this?
