[TowerTalk] Loos PT-3

I think there are possibly two versions of the PT 3.

I think mine is one of the newer ones.  I received it as a gift for Christmas 
in 2002.  It DOES handle 1/4 inch cable, as well as 9/32, 5/16 and 3/8 inch 
stuff.  I have used it for both 1/4 and 5/16.  How I ever got along without it 
for all these years I don't know.  It is almost as valuable as my MFJ 259.
