BRAVO BOB,

The FCC's record of rule making in every industry it has regulatory 
power over quantifies Bob's statements!

I used to work in the private sector of telecom and we all know what a 
mess that is, in part, thanks to the poorly conceived rule makings 
originated in the FCC.

IF folks want BPL stopped they best spend some energy figuring out a way 
to entice the Capitol Hill crowd to adopt an anti-BPL stance.  This is 
another group that is most often swayed by finance gain potentials be it 
personal or at least for the region they represent, etc.
