I think you should call Jim Terleski at http://www.arraysolutions.com. He
has quite a variety of off-the-shelf switch boxes and SO2R stuff.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Antenna switch matrices

I'm looking for an HF antenna switch matrix (or suitable combination of off
the shelf widgets) that does the following... (this is all pretty standard
in the audio/video switcher business)

4-8 antenna ports
4-8 radio ports

remote control interface that lets any radio select any antenna that's not
currently selected by someone else.

Handles 1kW (doesn't need to hot switch)

grounds unselected antenna ports

Obviously a full crossbar type arrangement could do this.
So could a collection of standard 1 in, N out switches along with a pile of
T adapters and jumpers.
And a microcontroller to select which relays, etc.

An expandable design would be nice (i.e. you could have 4 radios selecting
from among 4 antennas, and then add "switch/patch bays")

Push buttons to select antennas (with feedback) and/or network controllable
would be nice.

Any and all suggestions solicited.
