If anyone is thinking of replacing a winch on their tower, here is a bit of money saving information. I have a UST TX-472. The winch is a model K2550 that can be purchased from the manufacturer for $307. HRO sells the same winch for about $300. The exact replacement winch made by Fulton and sold by Grainger Indrustral Supply (www.grainger.com) item number 4KG28 is priced at $168. Nice markup........
