[TowerTalk] Rusty tower

I'm with Bill. I refurbished an old Rohn 25G this year, and used sandpaper
and then the Rustoleum from Home Depot. I then sprayed a coat of ultra flat
black Krylon, available from WalMart. I found it necessary to allow the
Rustoleum to cure for 24 hours before applying the Krylon to get the best
result. The black Krylon will fade in extreme sunlight in a few years,
ending up much lighter - about medium gray.
