[TowerTalk] nice trick for raising masts to drop into a tower

Hmm, I've done this with a gin pole and a smaller hoop of cable at the
top.  Sounds like a basketball hoop would be great!

How in the heck would it help to have a hoop at the top of the tower
instead of the top of the ginpole?
