[TowerTalk] Coax replacement

I'd still use the conduit for the added protection. If the old coax is still
solid and the fit not too tight you can use it as a messenger cable to pull
the new one in.  Or to be on the safe side, you can use the old coax to pull
in a rope to pull in the new cable.

Here, almost everything comes in through 3" PVC underground.
