Have you done a search using the search engines?

I did.  I found the manual through K4XJ BAMA website.

Go to http://www.yahoo.com and type 'ham-ii rotator manual' and you will see
a number of hits.  I selected the one entitled CDE.   Using FTP, you can
download the file to your PC.  If you need a plug-in to read the file, check
http://bama.sbc.edu, it's free.
