[TowerTalk] permit

I had a friend that put up a tower without a permit in a residential area.
His neighbor then complained. He ended up in court with the township and had
to hire a lawyer. He was lucky all he had to do was to take the tower down
and move it to a new location that met 'standards' about 12 feet from where
it first was! If I had a neighbor within a 1/4 mile I would get some kind of
permit.
