No prob.  The owner/operator of this QTH can easily project 
sufficient power onto the DXCC Committee to get it accepted as a DXCC 
Entity.  It's a lot bigger than some of the g*df*rs*k*n uninhabited 
reefs that have DXCC status already.  Then there's IOTA....
