When I installed my Rohn 25 foldover in 1992, I removed the shipping bolts
and never put them back.  When the boom is up against the tower, the hinge
section is held tightly closed.  Since I'm out in the country, I added
four Phillystran guys near the top of the tower because the upper section
wiggled around in the wind without them.
