[TowerTalk] Feeding 2 Inv V's with 1 feedline

I know this isnt exactly thr right forum for this but
i am confident i cant get the answer...

i am putting up a pair of Inv V's one for 40 and the
other for 80 both feed from th esame feedline, i dont
recall which one i am supposed to tune first ???
anyone know ??
