[TowerTalk] I Need Help!!

Is there anyone in the Washington DC Metro Area who could help me out with
my R8 Vertical that is on top of a 40' Universal Tower??? I cannot climb
towers anymore, so I can't even see the problem. The R8 will not accept any
power above 100 watts without the SWR soaring. I live in Herndon, Virginia,
and would gladly pay a fair price if anyone with good antenna/tower
expertise can fix my antenna. It has been up for over a year and I still
can't use it!!!
