[TowerTalk] Effective moment and K-factor. Was: Yaesu rotators

What makes sense here is to use Yasu's method of K factor with Yaesu rotors 
and use the Hygain method with Hygain rotors. We don't have enough knowledge of 
the manufacturer's safety margins to guess which method is more conservative.
