[TowerTalk] Radials and Non-Vertical Antennas

I have a 230 foot diameter wire grid ground screen.
I tried building a 40 meter ground warmer dipole
about 15 feet above it.  I didn't see any measurable
improvement with signals received vs a 30 ft high
inverted vee on 40 meters over bare dirt.
