Also, has anyone put a ring-rotor (swinging type) on the top of a
crankup section? If so, how was it accomplished and what
problems have been encountered?

Subject: [TowerTalk] Ring-Rotors
Greetings
Has anyone ever made a "ring rotor" similar to the TIC, where you can
rotate an antenna that is mounted part way up a tower? I know you could
rotate the entire tower but that is not an option in this case. Just
wondering, since the TIC rotors are quite expensive.
