[TowerTalk] Homebrew freestanding mast

I'd like to see a crank up design rather than a fold over.
Friend of mine, (K8KNY) had one of these fold overs about 20 years ago at
Forrest Hill Michigan.  Almost identiacal excep he used concrete instead of
the sand fill.
