    Umm, the BIG problem is that Dade County has a 140 MPH windspeed 
regulation and it's not easy finding a tower that'll handle that.

    Besides the above, the other BIG issue is CC&R's on your house and 
development. What do your say about outside antennas? 

    There's just about no way to "minimize the interaction" with your local 
building department. Get a copy of their codes and start there. I'm really 
surprised that they were so nonchalant about your proposed antenna structures.
