[TowerTalk] Rotators again

I'm pretty sure the Yaesu series of rotators allows for moving the position of the azimuth pointer without moving the rotator, by simply removing the clear plastic front cover, then pulling off the needle and replacing it at the antenna's actual direction. But maybe someone who has actually done it can verify...

Is the AlfaSpid the only rotator that allows one to reset the North
alignment at the control box instead of having to climb the tower if the
antenna swivels on the mast? AlfaSpid claims this as one of its
advantages, but is it truly unique in this respect?
