[TowerTalk] Anti-climb measures

A lot of you guys are going overboard. If someone really wants to
climb your tower, they are going to climb your tower, despite your
best efforts.

What we're talking about here is preventing the average kid from
accepting a dare, or walking by and thinking "wouldn't it be cool
if..." As someone already said, think of it like a swimming pool.
For a pool a 4 ft fence with openings too small to stick feet in is
all that's required (here). You need to take REASONABLE precautions
to prevent access. A 4-5 ft anti-climb section provides that,
without barbed wire, electric fences, attack dogs, etc. A couple of
Danger High Voltage signs wouldn't hurt either.

How often to you read or hear about kids climbing telephone poles?
There are a lot of towers represented on Towertalk. Has anyone ever
had a problem when a simple anti-climb section was there?
