[TowerTalk] Log periodics

For me, major drawbacks for the log periodic is the extra weight and
windload most of them have, due to so many elements, and the huskier boom
required to carry all the elements. At least compared to monobanders that
only have the elements they need for that band.

Many commercial/government logs use two towers to support them, and some
even have a double boom. Very heavy. Extra wind load.

The demands on tower and rotator are greater. And, to do that to get
two-element performance... for what? For out-of-ham-band operation, which
is something commercial and government people want but hams don't need.
