[TowerTalk] Need capacitor for Rotator

surplus sales of nebrasca maybe is a choice or any other surpluss ,   there
is also a kit for the ham iv tho use 6 wires cable putting the capacitor at
the tower next to the rotor cost 12 dlls.. maybe can work.
