[TowerTalk] TK-34 won't tune

It appears there are some poor connections between some straps and 
elements......................................................................

A nice way to avoid this which has worked well for all the KT34 antennas I 
have redone is to drill a small pilot hole through the strap and into the tubing 
and then use a small stainless screw to solidify the connection.
