[TowerTalk] coax ratching/impulse relay

black round casing about 3 inches high topped with 4 N connectors,. 1 common in middle and 3 radial ones. (3 pole switch). markings are missing to indicate mfg etc.tho remember its a 28 volt relay. The power connection area on the side has four solder connections marked A,B,C,D.  It ratched around the ports as you pulsed the connections but these I cant remember. Any help?
